DESIGN COMMENTS:
Oceana 138ft Motor Yacht
Craig Loomes Design Group has recently developed this 42m tri deck motor
yacht design with an initial focus on the North West Pacific US market.
The yacht is likely to be built in either New Zealand or Australia,
utilizing a new variable mould for the production of composite hulls from
26 meter (85’) to 42 meter (138’) which will lower production costs and
shorten delivery time.
Offering a modern styling take on the familiar semi-displacement motor
yacht format common to the North American region, this brand new design
will couple state of the art technology and modern, spacious interior arrangements
with Antipodean craftsmanship and value.
The yacht has been optimized for family use through-out North America
with an emphasis on ease of operation with less crew, family entertainment
areas, a “country” kitchen, safe, easy water access and extensive storage
for sports equipment.
The accommodation includes an on deck full beam master stateroom with
unique window views, 4 guest staterooms and crew quarters for five.
